1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and win788 ("win788", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the win788 website located at win788.app, including all associated services, games, sports betting markets, and payment functions (collectively, the "Services").

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual player may register only one (1) win788 account. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or otherwise — is a material breach of these Terms. win788 will close all duplicate accounts and may, at its sole discretion, void any winnings accrued across those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win788 login credentials. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency

win788 operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20.

• Deposits: Deposits are credited to your win788 wallet upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. win788 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification completion. win788 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Source of Funds: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the win788 account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. win788 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum Balance: win788 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts where a balance remains, in accordance with the schedule published in the win788 FAQ. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction.

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
